Mr. Assiaw is the Founder and Chairman of Danavis Solvanté Group, an international business conglomerate committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. With extensive experience in the Australian Government, defence, and security sectors, Daniel currently serves as a Sworn Australian Border Force Officer and a member of the Australian Army Reserve.
His leadership is built on a foundation of integrity and continuous improvement. As a qualified trainer and security professional, he specializes in strategic leadership, risk mitigation, operational management, and regulatory compliance. Daniel is deeply passionate about empowering teams, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.
His vision is to establish Danavis Solvanté Group as a leading African-owned multinational enterprise, recognized for its professionalism and transformational impact across global industries.

Mavis Nyarko, Esq. is the Co-Chairwoman of Danavis Solvanté Group, an international conglomerate dedicated to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. A distinguished legal practitioner and Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Mavis brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, commercial law, and strategic leadership.
With a deep commitment to justice and integrity, Mavis plays a vital role in advancing the Group’s vision of delivering world-class services and creating lasting value for stakeholders. Her professional background spans land litigation, family law, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), complemented by strong skills in business development and organizational growth.
Mavis works closely with the executive team to strengthen corporate governance and drive strategic expansion. She is passionate about building sustainable institutions that promote socio-economic development, positioning Danavis Solvanté Group as a leading African-owned multinational enterprise.
